Hello, I’m Nathanael Tenney, a wedding photographer based in Tucson, Arizona. With a love of natural light, I have documented couples for 4 years in the beautiful Sonoran Desert. I am passionate about creating meaningful and romantic images that you will cherish for a lifetime. I want you to feel like you’re working with a friend, because you are. Photo sessions with me always include speakers and your favorite Spotify playlist. I want everyone to feel comfortable in front of my lens. I believe natural moments need to be captured between two souls in love.
I am fourth generation Arizonian native, so I can say cacti is in my blood. When I’m not busy photographing couples in the desert, you can find me hanging with my family, cooking to satisfy my stomach, trying new restaurants and making people laugh.
I had the wonderful opportunity to go to Sierra Leone to serve a 2 year mission. Before leaving everyone was asking what I was looking forward to and my answer was listening and making stories. Throughout my life stories have inspired me. On long drives with my father, he would share stories about my ancestors and we will listen to my favorite podcast The Moth Radio.
